I am on the tennis team at my school and we practice every afternoon. Well each afternoon during practice when we are running our mile my ears begin to hurt. But it usually subsides either that or I forget about it when we start actaully doing tennis stuff. So, most afternoons I come home and jog around my neighborhood (which is a little less than a mile) but my ears start to hurt again and this lasts for about 30 minutes after im done. Is there any reason for this? Could it just be the wind? Is there any way I can prevent this from happening, I mean it isnt bad but it starts to get on my nerves after a while. Thanks

I have real sensitive ears too. I would suggest wearing a beanie hat or putting cotton balls in them.

It could just be the wind and cooler air. Try putting cotton in your ear while running.
