I love going on the elipitical machine,do aerobics mode.I can go real fast 4 long periods of time.I want 2 look hot 4 Valentine's day n hope dat my crush/good friend asks me 2 be his Valentine but I also want 2 feel good about myself,have more energy,sleep better n be proud of myself.I want 2 foucs on losing fat n not muscle.I want a flat tummy so I want 2 know which foods are a def no no, n 2 tone my whole body.I'd like 2 have a dancers body,not hard abs but maybe the defining lines on the sides.I want 2 have dat S curve 2 my waist like I do, jus way more defined becuase I am a curvy women.I want 2 be a healthy percent body fat.I'd love 2 fit into size 4/6 womens n 5 juniors jeans.I lose weight fastest in my hips n breast( even though they're real large).I want 2 do strength training but mostly wit my own body n not equiptment( sit ups, pliates).Any sujestions please give me all the info you know.want 2 no what I can do 2 make my goal more achievable time wise how 2 up my chances.

Thats crazy im actually doing the same thing. Thats actually my goal too. Wierd. Walk briskly around your block every morning or evening whatever time is best for you. Portion control is everything. I've only been on this diet for a week and i've lost 5 lbs already. Lots of water!!! I cant stress that enough. I dont know how but it helps control your portions when you go to eat. You can eat as much cucumbers, celery, salad greens as you want to. Diet soad, tea(unsweetened), dont have calories, sugar, fat, nothing. you can drink as much of that as you want to. but water is most important. The recommened amount is 8, 8 ounces of water a day, but since no normal average person would know what that looks like. lol. just get one of those regular water bottles and fill that up at least 5 times a day.

Creamy items like, ranch dressing and caeser or Bleu cheese(yuck) they are all bad for you. Cream will do nothing for you. If you like milk go for the Low fat or non fat milk 1%. Not that much cheese even in low fat form. like 1 oz. again nobody knows what that is unless you have a food scale. so i wouldnt even bother with cheese. Now there is one exception i know of for cream, and that is cream of broccoli soup. That is very good for you.

When you go to the store to buy food for your weight loss, Buy as much of the cucumbers, celery, and diet soda as you need, like just go on the weekends and get what you'll need for the week.

If you were a big guy, I'd say sure. But women generally don't lose as fast.

It's possible I guess. Exercise often, stay on a strict diet for the 20 1/2 weeks, drink plenty of water. Also throw some weightlifting or resistance training in your diet to build muscles, which in turn, burn cals.

It'll take an iron will and perseverance. Do you have an iron will and the perseverance to do it?
