I've been researching questions on here and found to lose fat, but not so much weight (I'm 5'4'' and 122lbs) you need "strength training." What exactly do I need to do to lose fat in those areas? I don't have a gym membership so I would like some creative and enjoyable things to do at home.

Everyday I worry about things A LOT! I can not go to sleep unless my room is clean. I can't watch tv or go to sleep unless I know where all of my things are. If I am missing something I HAVE to get up and look for it. Do you think that I have OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder)? How can I get help without going to a doctor? If I don't have it what do you think I have?

Throbbing headache on wakening and normally disappears after about an hour...could have a week of them, then they disappear and come back again. I sleep in a very comfortable waterbed, have had different kinds of pillow and now use an air pillow which is comfy but I still get the headaches. (Female aged 59) HELP PLEASE - AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANSWERS.

Okay, lately, I have a major loss of appetite. I am 5"1, and weigh 125 lbs. I really want to loose about 15-20 pounds. So everyday, I pray that I become anorexic (wierd, stupid, i know). So I really don't eat. I just am never hungry. I eat maybe something small, like a soup, or a sandwhich, or a slice of pizza a day. and that's all. maybe somtimes i eat like pretzels, but otherwise, i don't really eat. i do not think i am anorexic, but what am i? am i going to become anorexic?

I have more anxiety than depression, I think, because I have lots of problems in social situations and a terrible time sleeping--can't turn off my brain. I'm also underweight. Going back to dr Monday, and she's going to prescribe something. I'd like your opinions on Zoloft and Wellbutrin, if you've taken both. Thanks

Age: 31
Weight:60
Height: 5'6"

I want to continue with the above diet if there is no danger even if it is not the ideal diet. I work in a BPO where I've to sit in front of a computer for almost 60hrs a week. I do yoga and a little bit of weights.

Medicines: Clonazepam 1mg per day (for anxiety) and Escitalopram 20mg per day (for depression) under psychiatric supervision.

I repeat I want to stick to my diet until and unless you predict any major problems. I know it is not an ideal diet but being a bachelor staying on my own I've apapted myself to it for convenience sake. Except for the Revital capsule I take the others in 3 equal portions (breakfast, lunch & dinner). 6 egg whites and 3 bananas at one time. Revital only one capsule per day alongwith breakfast.

Anticipating a quick and satisfactory response

Thanks & Regards
Surya
