I've been working out every day for the past week or so 30-1hr a day. Combination of aerobics and weigjts. But now I'm always tired. Am I not getting enough calories or something? I'm trying to lose weight and gain muscle. I must be doing something wrong.

you sure are!!!!! Where is your recuperation time my friend???????? If you destroy muscle tissue it needs time to repair itself & you are not giving it time to rest. Neurologically you will need rest as well, hence the fatigue.

*EDIT* As a Personal Trainer, I hear a lot of Crap!! 1/2 an hour will work wonders if you are working hard. 1x wrm up set & 2 work sets is all you need of no more then 15 reps before you put more weight on the bar. If you are doing 25 reps the weight is TOO light. Rest heaps & you WILL grow faster!!!

Your problem is you work out every day for 30 minutes. You need to work out every other day meaning monday, wednesday, friday, sunday. You need to give your body a chance to rest for a day. And also you have to work out for 1 or 2 hours. Not 30 minutes. 30 does nothing for you. Also you need to do 12 to 25 of each weight lift. 12 times on the old weigths 12 times on the new weights. Old weight is weights you have already mastered. For example, if you lifeted 10 pound weights last week and now you lift 20 pound you should lift the 10 pound weights 12 times and the 20 pound 12 times. Also It helps to drink both gatorade and water when you work out. Gatorade gives you energy and water stores the energy.

are you drinking enough water and getting 8 hours of sleep a night? perhaps you need to try a combo of:
1. WATER and lots of it... the number one cause of fatigue in america is dehydration
2. eating pasta and other carbohydrates your body can burn.
3. take one day off a week from your workout to let your body rest. or if you have to do something do something light like yoga or pilates
4. get 8 hours of sleep a night especially when you have a hard work out.

Yeah you're definitely not eating enough. Eat healthy, but a lot to feed your newfound physical prowess. The rest of the fatigue is your body recooperating from the exercises. Nothing done wrong there.

When you work out you are supposed to use keep fit equipment.
Not work out things with a pencil and paper - silly!

Talk to trainer at gym about supplements (not steroids).
