well maybe you are lacking iron. that can make a person very tired. Try taking some iron pills or better yet eat lots of Cream of wheat and green leafy veggies. Unfortunatley Spinch is the best but since we can't eat that anymore try collard greens or something like that. There are also Iron pills out there but be very careful and only take the reccomended dosage. Another thing. Are you sexually active? Not being jugudmental but many teens are and if so you could be pregnant or in the start of a VD so check with you doctor as soon as possible.

Well you go through a lot of changes when you are that age. First I would try eating healthy, plus try taking a multi Vitamin because people around your age don't always eat very healthy. So just try taking a multi vitamin I am sure your mom would get some for you if you asked her too. They aren't real expensive you can get Women's One A Day for about $6 for 100 tablets. They don't taste bad and they help a lot. And they will help with your energy level. Plus it might make your hair grow better and your nails maybe too. I hope this helps you good luck.

Could be a lot of reasons for this. One may be that you are going through a growing spree and your body is doing a lot of work. Unless you are depressed or not feeling well I would suggest you not worry about it. Get to bed a bit sooner if you are going to school though so you can be at your best. If this continues though go see the doctor as tiredness may be a sign of a medical condition.

At 14, you are still going through puberty and your body is still growing. You also probably have a lot going on at school. it is completely normal to be tired, but you should try an exercise regimen and eating healthier. Also, try to get yourself onto a schedule of going to bed and getting up at the same time every day. That should help. Take care!

You could be going through a growth spurt, are you eating good food, like veggies, fruits, milk, meat.....or goodies, alot of times sweets will drag you down. What are you doing when you are up, if you are working hard or studying hard maybe you are really wore out. Also the weather can play a role in that also. If it continues be sure to tell your mother and dad and seek medical attention. Oh drink lots of water too, maybe you are getting dehydrated.

You are still growing dear
try to keep regular awake hours - eat right and get plenty of excerise and fresh air.
there is nothing wrong with a nap for 1/2 hour in the afternoon either.
also - when I was 14, my blood iron was rather low. that will make you tired as well - if you take a multivitamin make sure it has iron added to it
drink plenty of milk too and eat foods that are high in iron.
spinach is high if you like it, and certain meats - research low iron online and you will get lots of ideas for healthy foods.

if you have started school, that takes alot out of you. you use all your energy during the day, so when you come home you are exhausted. try to go to bed at a reasonable hour in the next week or so. you'll feel more refreshed in the morning and not so tired during the afternoon and at night.

My daughter is 15, and she's always tired also. You probably have an iron deficiency. Tell your Mom to take you to the doctor. He'll probably give you a prescription for iron pills. That's is what they did when I took my daughter to the doctor. She doesn't like taking them though. You can also try eating foods that are rich in iron. Like spinach, fish, raisins, vegetables, fruit, whole grain cereals.
