the penis will stay the same; unless you do some kind of penile growth program (jelging or vacuum pumping)
however because of the muscle mass it seems as if the penis is smaller. Oh, by the way welcome to Yahoo Answers. Enjoy

Body building will have no effect on the size of your penis. This idea came about because a lot of men with small penises compensated by building muscle with the idea it made them more masculine looking and made up for their small "meat".

i have pronounced, developed pec muscles (with extensive black hair and pierced nipples), bulging biceps, triceps, and calf muscles. my stomach is accentuated by my developed ab muscles. so yes i do have big muscles.
do i have a smaller c--k? i don't consider it small. it's 7 inches flaccid, with a prince albert piercing. it's quite round. when erect, it stands at exactly 10 inces. my genitals are totally shaved to help accentuate the length of my uncut d--k and the appearance of my ab muscles.
to answer your question, i don't believe there is a correlation between big muscles and small co-ks. building muscles WILL NOT increase your penis size. your size is your size----bnothing short of plastic surgery will cause it to grow longer or wider.

Steroid abuse may shrink the testes, but your penis will remain unaffected by normal exercise. If you bulk up really big, then it may look smaller in comparison.
