I want to continue with the above diet if there is no danger even if it is not the ideal diet. I work in a BPO where I've to sit in front of a computer for almost 60hrs a week. I do yoga and a little bit of weights.

Medicines: Clonazepam 1mg per day (for anxiety) and Escitalopram 20mg per day (for depression) under psychiatric supervision.

I repeat I want to stick to my diet until and unless you predict any major problems. I know it is not an ideal diet but being a bachelor staying on my own I've apapted myself to it for convenience sake. Except for the Revital capsule I take the others in 3 equal portions (breakfast, lunch & dinner). 6 egg whites and 3 bananas at one time. Revital only one capsule per day alongwith breakfast.

Anticipating a quick and satisfactory response

Thanks & Regards
Surya

I trust your weight is 60kg, please confirm. The egg whites are mainly protein and mainly albumin, so you are getting a poor protein profile for starters. Your diet is woefully lack of calcium, you need 1200 mg. of calcium daily. The bananas are a good fiber and potassium as well as carbs. Overall your diet is not great, I do not know why, other than some sort of obsession, that you want to stay on a diet like this. It is your choice but you are not doing yourself a favor in the long run.

I'm assuming that the weight is 60 pounds, since the height measurement is in feet and inches....in which case- I will say the following:

While you may be a bachelor, and work in a job that leads to a more sedentary lifestyle...your "diet" in not a healty one if you weigh only 60 pounds!!!!
The first question would be why is sticking to this diet important to you?
The second question would be...why are you obssessed with your weight?
It sounds to me like there may be a chance of an eating disorder. While you repeatedly mention that you would like to stick to this diet if it is a healthy one...you are obviously aware somewhere within yourself that it can NOT be healthy if you are that far underweight. The danger that you speak of comes from the damage that such a low weight for your height, and age can cause on your heart and other organs. Especially when you consider the addition of aerobic and cardio increase that comes along with the workout routine you have added to your week as well.
Is this diet dangerous????
Yes, of course it is!
(this answer of course, only applies if we are talking a weight of 60 pounds).
I think professional medical and a change in the psychiatric/psychogical counseling as well as the aid of a nutritionist are in order. You may not find this answer satisfactory...but, truth tends to go down alot less smoothly than egg whites do!

Please, find a support system and get medical attention as soon as possible!

Best of health to you!

My God.You eat that only, you can not survive with this diet. You have to at least double your daily consumption of food.Go to General Nutrition Centre and buy some Muscle Milk. That will increase your protein intake. You should eat about 3-4 pounds of chicken too..Take 2 Mega man capsules daily.See if this works?Or I will suggest something else.

I would suggest that you ask your Dr. about that, it does not seem like that would be enough or the right foods for any length of time. and I am assuming that you weigh more than 60 lbs. If you were only doing this for a couple of weeks I don't see the harm but longer???????

I assume u are saying you weigh 60kg, which is about 132 pounds. That is "ok" for your height...however your diet may not be the best as bananas have lots of potassium and I am not sure it is good for you in such large amounts. You should consult your doctor.

Man thats gunna be bad in the long run. We eat different foods as the all give us different nutrients. Bananas are great & eggs are now good as well, however neither will give the required protien or other esential Vitamins, minerals & trace elements the body needs to function correctly. Simply, dude ya gunna wreck your body, change it fast!!!!!!!!!!!

If you weigh 60kg (132lbs) then I think you're fine. If you weigh 60lbs, you're anorexic and in need of serious help.

Next time be specific as to which system of measurement you are using.
