Im 93 lbs and i wanna go down to 78.I really wanna get to that weight by may 14.I do 100 full situps everyday.AND i don't really walk cuz i like my legs but if i loose weight in stomach i need to loose weight in the legs...so ill probaly go on tedmill for 1 hour.I WANNA have a good workout that is perfect for a ten year old.what should i do?

93 is healthy, 78 is not.

Exercise and eat a healthy diet of fruits and vegetables and lean meats. Drink lots of water.'

Buddy, you don't need to worry about your legs, alright? YOU'RE TEN. run outside for about 30 minutes 5 days a week. stretch. 40 minutes at the most. you dont need an hour on a tredmill. nice job with the situps tho. You're not going to reach 78, by that time you'll be unhealthy and your doctor will need to put you on a diet so that you will GAIN weight. STAY HEALTHY.

i thought 14.1 was really getting specific for a time line. If you are 10 and preoccupied like this with your weight it is probably not healthy. Talk to your school counselor and figure if you are or becoming anarexic cuz unless you are only 3 feet tall 93 lbs. is plenty slim. Anarexia will ruin your life it is nothing to ignore.

Sweetie, you need to talk with your doctor and parents about what is a healthy way to eat and exercise for your age. Your ideal weight depends on your body build and height...please don't lose weight by not eating.

78 pounds is a tad too light for 4;11 go easy on yourslef and try for only 85 whcih is a better goal for yur size

78 pounds will make you too thin. thin enough that you an have serious health problems, and possibly make you sterile. Do not lose weight.

thats insane. you do not need to be 78 pounds. you're going to run into trouble if you excerise TOO much when you're that young.

you are sick. speak with your parents and get help soon, please. Do you know that being anorexic can cause heart failure. If you want to die before you get to the good part of life, then you are on the right track. Trust me you are not cute, pretty, etc...
