i think i have a cold or i am getting the flu : [ my father in laws girlfriend was sick yesterday and now i woke up bloody sick : [ i can't aford to miss work next week! grrrrrrrr : / i have a the chills,then im hot,my head hurts,my body hurts,my thraot and neck hurts,my nose is stuffy then it's runny,my stomach is killing me. : [ what is the best medicaine to make me feel better and fast! ty im not allerigc to anything! .........sorry for my bad spelling,i rushed to get this posted : /

Dayquil during the day - Nyquil at night. All the chicken soup or broth you can stand.

Rest, fluids. Chicken soup. Take a laxative if no BM. (a good cleaning out doesn't hurt) LOL Try something like Theraflu or any of the medications for flu symptoms as that is all you can do is let it run it's course. Take some vitamin C supplements also. If your fever persists over 101 degrees after medication or the symptoms worsen then you should see a Doctor. Peace!

Sounds like the way I feel right now. That little pill in your screen name is what I am using.. but it means to just rest. drink a lot of fluids and if not better by Monday see your doctor.

thera flu is good to use its a hot citrus lemon drink that has medicine in it to knock out the symptoms it may make you a bit drowsy stay away from food for at least 3 days until you know for sure your stomach has settled

Get yourself some Alka Seltzer plus cold medicine gel caps at the drugstore. they always work best for me...and don't forget the chicken noodle soup ...it's very comforting.

I like Buckley's cold and flu pills (nighttime and daytime). I find it works really well. But if you are really sick, please don't go to work and make everyone else sick.
