I've lost alot of well burned weight over the summer and now I'm at a very healthy weight. The only thing is that because I havent been eating much in my weight loss, I've lost some muscle. I'm going to start going to the gym regularily to gain muscle mass. My gym friends tell me that they have to take Creatine and usually Protein shake mixes for their workouts. I've looked into it, but are there any protein shakes that are FAT FREE, Low sugar, and Low calorie ??? My friends say they take stuff by EAS and claim that they have no Fat or Carbs, but when I looked it up,,, I found that alot of the stuff does have fat, and colories with high amounts. I want to gain muscle weight,,,,not unwanted weight. What do you think about these Protein Shakes and Creatine ???? I have considered natural sources,,, but most natural things are loaded with other unwanted things, like lots of fat and calories.
