All our lives we have been told to brush what?? OUR TEETH But we are actually supposed to brush our gums too. With the softest toothbrush you can buy, brush them on top and underneath in a circular motion. Not only is it good for them, it feels good too. It will also help from getting gingivitis. Don't forget to brush your tongue as well, it holds bacteria that will end up on your teeth and can cause cavities. HAPPY BRUSHING!

Brush with a brush fently on the gums, but try brushing ur gums with fingers instead. It should be massages top to bottom on the upper teeth, and bottom mto upper on the lower teeth. Because some eatable may try to slip between the teeth and gums which gives a severe pain.
This massaging helps to remove the food particle.
Use powered alum, take a pinch and brush with your fingers, as mentioned above, once a week, instead of a paste, after the brush and gargling u will find it a lot better.

You should visit a dentist to get a good cleaning and some pointers on how to properly care for your teeth and gums. Your gums will bleed and hurt if you don't brush or floss well so you need to make sure you're brushing above the gum line often to prevent gum disease and gingivitis and flossing correctly. A good fluoride rinse can help too.

Yes, you should brush your gums. Brush down away from the teeth so that you don't push food up under the gum line. You don't need to brush hard -- in fact, you should not brush hard. Softer more frequent brush strokes are better. Most people do not lose their teeth because of bad teeth as they get older but because of gum problems.

Use a new tooth brush so the bristles arent too firm, but it is a good idea to brush your gums. You may see a little blood at first just try not to brush too much.

My dentist said to massage my gums. But I would think brushing them with a soft toothbrush would be OK. He said it will prevent the gums from shrinking and having part of your roots show.

Brush your gums gently with a soft tooth brush while brushing your teeth. Also brush your tongue and the roof of your mouth.

To continue on what she said..... Look for a tooth brush made by oral-B, which is Trasparent blue, and has green rubber "massageers" aka Oral-B® CrossAction® Vitalizer®

It's actually good for your gums to brush them. But you should use a soft toothbrush so that you don't hurt them.
