How many minutes, for how many days do I have to jump rope to strt seeing some results? I really need some help! Please people!!

20-30 minutes of jump roping 5-6 days a week can help you lose up to a pound a week. Ask your doctor if you should do this if you have bad knees.

randomize your exercise! jumping rope will only work on certain areas.. continue on plus ride a bike, walk, take stairs often... toe touches, jog.

if you randomize the exercise you'll be working on different parts of the body and increasing metabolism with the varying movements and exertion.

keeping with the same will result in familiarity and your body will get used to it and slow down a bit thus taking longer to get any results in muscle build and caloric burning.

oh hydrate also and eating fresh produce helps big time also.

more good nutrition means better energy!

and keep hydrated too as i said.

stay away from sodas and fatty foods and craptastic processed junk that will effect output also.

where are u trying to get results? i know that my legs toned up really well when i use to do it about 5 days a week. i did about 500 jumps per day, plus other exercise. it takes about a week to see some progress

15 minutes a day every other day and u will see results.
Are u toning up or cutting down as diet is a bigger factor than exercise.
