I've lost alot of well burned weight over the summer and now I'm at a very healthy weight. The only thing is that because I havent been eating much in my weight loss, I've lost some muscle. I'm going to start going to the gym regularily to gain muscle mass. My gym friends tell me that they have to take Creatine and usually Protein shake mixes for their workouts. I've looked into it, but are there any protein shakes that are FAT FREE, Low sugar, and Low calorie ??? My friends say they take stuff by EAS and claim that they have no Fat or Carbs, but when I looked it up,,, I found that alot of the stuff does have fat, and colories with high amounts. I want to gain muscle weight,,,,not unwanted weight. What do you think about these Protein Shakes and Creatine ???? I have considered natural sources,,, but most natural things are loaded with other unwanted things, like lots of fat and calories.

Dont worry about the extra little bit of fat or sugar. You need protein first, creatine does help you work out harder, so as long as you work out your body will burn that fat and sugar. If you just want to look thin dont take the creatine, but in the end you need the carbs in creatine to gain muscle. If you want the biggest muscles you can get ,these will get you the best results. Just watch what you eat the rest of the day. I drink 5 protein shakes a day and 2 of creatine!!!

#I think you have to drink creatine powder with a sugary drink, so that the creatine enters the muscle.

#Protein shakes - pure protein contains 4 calories per gram. You can't avoid the calories that come with protein. You need these when you're done working out. Protein shakes aren't "high" in fat or calories. Go to GNC and get a protein shake mix. Instead of mixing it with milk, mix it with water, if you must, to save the calories. If you didn't know, protein shake mix doesn't mix well with liquids. You can either have patience, or get some device to help mix it. I've tried both soy and whey protein shakes. The soy tastes better, but supposedly the whey is better for you. ?

Buy pur Soy Protein and mix it in a blender with 1 half cup non fat cottage cheese and 1 half cup nonfat yogurt a little lemon juice and a quarter cup frozen berries and sweeten with splenda. I lost 25 pounds while exercising and gained alot of muscle along the way. make sure to read the label on the package for the protein amount per serving.

The creatine is hard to mix, cuz it doesnt completely dissolve like say kool aid mix. If you mix up creatine and juice and leave it in the fridge, you will notice that the powder settles in the bottom. So yeah, it sucks, but you should mix the 8oz serving everytime What i did was buy the sunny delight sport bottles, cuz they are 10oz bottles. drink the sunny d and save the bottles, so you can just add the creatine and fill it up and shake to mix.

I buy this stuff for my stepson. The last one I bought which has it all in there is by Muscletech, called Nitro-Tech advanced whey protein (chocolate flavor). One serving has 100 calories, total carbs are 5 g, total protein 20g and total fat is 1.5g per serving. Of the fat,1 g is saturated fat. It's very low. You can buy the stuff at GNC.
