It depends on a couple of things:
1. The time of day you go out running.Since you have an Israeli flag as your symbol,I want you to know that I've been to Israel,so,I know how that midday to late day afternoon Middle East desert sun can really beat down on everyone, depending on the season of the year that one is there.I was there in the spring of 1999.

2.In order to beat the heat over there, and, depending on your personal schedule(work, school, whatever)it's probably best for you to run outdoors early in the morning or in the evening,or,even indoors on a treadmill at a local gym. It's important to protect yourself from heat stroke & dehydration.Drink lots of fluid, especially water.

3.Don't wear dark colors. They absorb the heat & sunlight into your body.Wear light colors, because they do the opposite of dark colors:get the heat & sunlight away from your body.

4. Don't wear anything else but cotton.Unlike other materials,it's 100% natural.Wear short sleeves,not long sleeves,unless there's a cool breeze when you're running.Wear a light jacket then,with shorts or lightweight long "sweatpants."

5.If you're not a fast runner, run or walk slowly to build up your stamina. Also,if you're seriously out of shape in any way, definetly consult a doctor before starting any kind of exercise program.

6.Remember to have fun in the process.I'm no runner, but,I do all kinds of exercise to not only have fun while losing weight in the process. To me,the right mental attitude is everything. My favorite ways to exercise are:
1.Bicycling.
2.Playing racquetball.
3.Swimming.
4.Housework.
Of the 4,3 of them I do a couple of times a week at a very nice park which is 2 blocks away from my house. Also, try to attend Weight Watchers meetings if they have them in Israel. They're very helpful to me.Weight Watchers is international.

To find out if Weight Watchers has meetings in Israel, try the international section of their web site,www.weightwatchers.com.

Shalom to you!

You'll lose some weight quickly if you do that... but its just because you're dehydrating yourself... same type of thing as going to a sauna to lose weight. It will last until you drink anything agian. Plus your heart rate will go way up because it has to sweat so much more to keep your body cool. Not healthy at all.

It can be unhealthy if you run at an intense rate for a long period of time. It's also not an effective form of long term weight loss. It's healthier to exercise regularly and maintain a healthy diet. The exercise will increase your metabolism and burn calories at the same time.

It will make you sweat and you will become DEHYDRATED and lose water-weight, but this weight will go right back on when you take a big drink.

You have to burn FAT to achieve permanent weight loss, and I don't see how the sweatshirt/pants will help burn fat.

WARNING: Dehydration can make you really sick and even kill you. Even NFL players die of dehydration; one every few years. Not a good idea and no benefit.

Not only unhealthy but downright dangerous. Being overheated will only cause water and electrolyte loss. It isn't going to do anything to fat loss. It may cause serious side effects, even death. Cold weather is actually more conducive to weight loss than warm since the body has to burn energy to remain warm in cold weather.

You lose weight that way by sweating. The weight comes back when you drink water afterwards, which you should do.

Do you also burn some calories from running? Sure. But you could do that without the heat-stroke-inducing togs.

UNHEALTHY
All you are doing is dehydrating yourself, as soon as you drink water... or anything else, it will come right back!
Running and a decent diet should be good enough. Weight training also burns fat.

It's not unhealthy, but it is only water weight. You will gain it right back once you eat or drink anything.

You'd get heat stroke. You'd also need to be sipping water every few feet to stay hydrated. I'd think that it'd be very unhealthy for you.
