i want to be cut so should i lift a 25lb dumbell 20 times or a 15lb dumbell 45times

Yesterday I was hit by a car. Before the car hit me, I put my hand on the hood thinking it would stop. I was hit on the upper portion of my thigh on the side. Now, my back hurts pretty bad and my shoulder is aching. I went to the er and they gave me two prescriptions. However, its not working! I have been using a heating pad as the dr recommended. I tried to go to the dr today to get checked out and was turned away because i do not have insurance and they could not contact the person that hit me insurance company. I dont know what to do and I am feeling really bad. What do you recommend I do?

I want to get more coordinated with my hands. Some of my friends could bend there fingers the other way without force from the other hand.

I play video games and computer alot, but still short stubby fingers.

well my yearly eye exam is coming up but my contacts are way overdue to be changed, becuase every time i lost them i went into my one year supply and now the ones im wearing have been in use for about 6 months and my eyes get so irritated: red, watery, burning...im not sure if i could damage my eyes by wearing such overused contact lenses and if i can then i shouldnt wear them until i get new ones right?

Okay let me just say first that i am not try or being racist.

Um okay how come i see that in most anorexic stories, it's usually white women? Im nott rying to start anything. But isee that most black women are full figured adn have bigger boobs and have curvier bodies that guys like than the ones that most white women have where they are sometimes very skinny and have no shape.

(I am not saying that i think that this true but it's just that i see it that way. I am really not trying to be racist. I actually have white friends and am really against racism. But its just my opinion.By what i see and hear from boys and men or people that just talk.. Sorry if i offened anyone. But my point is, is there a reason for that like a genetic reason o something or i dunno? But can someone expliain to me?

For the past four months I have been dealing with lower abdominal pain on the right side, lately I noticed I have been dropping wight and feeling very tired. I went to the Dr..when he pressed on my right ovary I had extreme pain so he ordered a pelvic ultrasound. I had the ultrasound done yesterday and was only supposed to have the pelvic one, but the techician started marking something on the sonar like crazy and then told me she was going to do a transvaginal one. Should I be concerned that she found something? Im terrified its ovarian cancer. I don't know how long it will take for the test results, til then Im scared to death.

When I was 7months pregnant the father of my child abandoned me and my daughter for a 16 year old (which is legel in the state of kansas) and he is 26. He lied to me and everything about his relationship with her which was since I was 3 months pregnant. I almost lost my child from the sress and went into labor when i was 7 months pregnant as well. He tells me he still loves me and wants to be with me and be a family and it hurts. I love him with all my heart. I can't eat, can't sleep. I'm literally sick to my stomach constantly. For some reason I can't get over him...the first man in history i can't get over. I feel so unloved, unwanted. Everyday the thoughts that go through my head are "What did I do wrong...what is it that he would leave me like that?" i'm going crazy what should I do? just to let you know i am already seeing a shrink because of this. and there's more to the story but no room to put it.

i take birth control patches....and this year, all year, 24hrs, i bleed like it's my period, but it's not. the doctor suggested a douche and take a baby aspirin a day. i did and i'm still bleeding! it's not my period yet!!!!!! sucks because i can't "be" with my husband!!!! i'm desperate!

i began my root canal treatment about 2 months ago, the anasthetic didnt work for some reason and the treatment was stopped due to excessive bleeding, and yesterday i had the treatment completed. during the treatment it was by no means anywhere near as painful as the previous experience, but now i am in agony. worse than after the first one. i cant sleep - i have been sitting awake crying due to the pain for the last 2 hours.... any suggestions??

Does eating a mixture of rice, carrots, green beans, and corn for three consecutive days lead to farts?

Also, I eat Raisin Bran in the mornings (with milk) and fruit/bread/eggs after the gym.

What are the consequences (positive, negative, and/or neutral) of holding in a fart for an extended period of time (about 2-3 hours)?

For example, one might be in a very important meeting when one can't release anything for fear of a fart noise.

By the way, I'm not talking about small farts; I'm talking about when you've just had a large baked-bean burrito for breakfast and lunch.

I have allergy in my body(itchings and rashes throughout the body) for past one and a half years. Since I am allergic to allopathy medicines I took Homeopathy medicine. But I was not cured. So I took allopathic medicines. But I felt very sleepy and became very weak (nervous weakness).Later I shifted to Siddha medicines and took for two months. But no cure. Once again I changed to frequency xeroid quantum medicine(American treatment). Since there was no improvement the same doctor advised me to take allopathy tablets (Alday tablets) along with previous medicines. But now I feel numb in my left hand finger tips. When I take tablet I do not have itchings and rashes. Once I stop the tablet I get back again. Kindly give me a remedy.
