what would be the best solution for nerve repair after a severed nerve has been surgically reattached? hypericum or frankincense? is there anything better than these 2?

i am 6 months pregnant and have terrible restless leg syndrome.i have tried everything and nothing works.it only comes when im ready to lay down and go to sleep,but thats the problem i cant get any sleep.i mean its 4:30 am and im on here askin if anyone knows how i can get some relief.

Here lately ive had horribly insomnia and started taking "melatonin" an all natural insomnia cure... but it doesnt seem to help. It just makes me drowsy a little bit after i take it, and the only time i MIGHT be asleep it feels like i'm just daydreaming and i have alot of pointless stray thoughts and i dont think i'm really sleeping... i dont know if its because i'm so strung out or what. Anyways i havent slept for a long time (because i cant) and ive tried everything from not trying to warm milk ect, and nothing makes a difference. What will happen if i dont sleep a long time?


Should i see a doctor or something?

We recently moved to Malaysia. This insect is about the size of a bumble bee, is mostly black, and has an orange abdomen, and it's sting is very painful. (My unfortunate brother's moanings confirm this.) In addition to this question, does any one know how to treat this sting?

I have had my laptop for five months which i bought to play online bingo and Ebay.Yesterday i got a message popup saying WARNING-You have 624 adult images and URL files in your machine,just to verify, i have NEVER visited an adult site and never would.It said they would recommend that i download a package which was called a Drive Cleaner to clear it.Iphoned BT about it but they were useless.Dad said just to ignore such things as they could be spam.This is bothering me that much i am thinking of getting rid of internet.Could you give me your opinion please. I feel that I have a lot of negative energy. Sometimes I can feel a great sadness. I didn't have a rosy childhood, and other things have happened in my life to make me feel quiet negative and sad. Right now I should be happy and positive I want to be happy and positive. Great kid, great bloke, soon to have a great job. I have heard that Reiki can help with negativity. I am very interested in alternative remedies. Has any one had any experience, positive or negative in relation to these remedies. I really do want to move on and be a happy bunny and leave negative energy behind me.

If you know of anyone in the Central London area that you can recommend that would be grand (I'm already familiar with Mysteries)

I´m taking antibiotics and dentist said I must finish the course before the tooth can be extracted. The appointment for that is next Tuesday, thank god! Problem is, my throat is getting worse and worse. I couldn´t sleep last night due to the pain and discomfort. And this morning I found that I couldn´t even talk! I´ve lost my voice. He has recently cut down his drinking (dramatically as he was an alcoholic) and has been extremely aggressive, moody and downright scary. If we don't help him soon, my parents will have to separate, and I refuse to let that happen! PLEASE HELP!!!
