Condomns. Please for god's sake don't ask/allow your partner (if your are a male) or don't take Oral contraceptive pills as it increases the level of estrogens and high levels of estrogens will cause the growth of fibroids and may finally the female may land up in a hysterectomy and other related complications. Male Condomns are the best and if supported by coitus interruptus will be much result oriented.
