for infections caused by a cut or scrape? I know an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, but a bit too late for that. Is there an all natural remedy, herbal or otherwise?

I am male age 23, I have two serious problem. first I have bad breathing problem due to cough congestion in my throat. The bad breath which is like a gas, The cough congestion is so huge in throat that most of the time cough comes out of my mouth while taking. the bad breath gas is like the gas that comes out of my penis during night falls which use to happen earlier about six months ago. I am taking homeopathy medicine for last one years. My second problem is that I look like {Tera } a kind of eye problem. I look like tera by my left eye. I have a question about the timing of my periods. I recently started having irregular periods. (I'm ususally on a 28 day cycle.) In July, I got my period at the normal time, on the 12th. Since then, I got it on the 23rd day of my cycle (August 7), and then the last time was on the 17th day of my cycle (August 28). Since then, I have been to the doctor and was told I have ovarian cysts. This is likely the cause of my irregularity, because I have several pea-sized cysts on both ovaries, but I am also wondering if an early detection pregnancy test would work. 28 days from the last period would be the 25th and I want to take the one where you can take it up to 5 days early before you're expected period. I stopped my BC pills (was on them for 10 mos) after my last period until the doctor told me otherwise, and now there is also a possibilty I am pregnant. I'm NOT asking if I am pregnant, I just think with the irregular schedule I have been having I should have gotten my period by now

My boyfriend told me he was diagnosed with Bipolar when he was young, But Ive been reading out borderline personality disorder, and Im 99% sure thats what hes got.
How can I deal with this, Ive been with him 7 months, and Love him but feel emotionally drained. Most of his relationships dont last longer than 6 months, and he told me where moving too fast and need to slow down.
I also am worried he is cheating on me, what is the persentage of people with this disorder that cheat.
I am thinking of just leaving him, I feel I cant trust him
