Because they don't 'look' as young as they 'feel'.
Because they think that their appearance is an important part of their personality and they think that aging will make them less likable.
Because they are not aware of the awful side effect produced by botox (headaches that last a few weeks, paralysis of the facial muscles, droopy eyelids, swollen face).

Botox helps wrinkles to go away and also tightens the skin with that injection they use. However if it is used wrongly or used too much it can result in botchilism, where the skin flares and swells up and causes the person to look rather ugly

its a medicine made from botulisim and it freezes nerves hence getting rid of wrinkles for several months at a time with little after effect and no cutting. its a vanity drug for people who want to look younger.
