I want to know the varied answers, but I know the answer, and will post it in the form of another similar question after this Q&A is closed. Of course if the BEST ANSWER is the actual answer then there'll be no need to do that. So, bring it on.

I'm only 30 and I'm taking a Life Insurance soon. My cholesterol levels are on the borderline 202 (less than 200 is normal I believe). As Goans we tend to eat red meat and use a lot of coconut. I have a week before I take the test. Any suggestions how to reduce.
What I have already planned
1. Exercise starting from tomorrow
2. reduce intake of oil and meat and maybe even stop
anything else friends, please help

Is hypnosis real, is there proof? I've been trying to find some hypnosis can actually work at the unconcious level right before my eyes., like my arm swing in front of me, or me spin in a circle or anything that defies my understanding of concious action to directed subconcious action.

Does anyone have any information etc.. that can demonstrate hypnosis, actually has the capacity to "profoundly" and very likely directly effect the subconcious mind to concious action?

I would like to find a stress test for self-evaluation on the internet which actually has some depth and doesn't make you look at cows and dolphins (even though that one is funny, admittedly...)

Can anyone recommend one?

Thanks.

I go to Weight Watchers and I like it. There are lots of successful people and I noticed that lots at the meeting former Slimming World members trying Weight Watchers. I was wondering if lots of former WW changed to slimming world.
Obviously I know the Weight Watchers plans and they can be followed at home but for some it never works doing it home alone and the meetings help.
How Does Slimming World work and would it be easy for me to follow a Slimming World diet without been a member. How does it all work

I have been on and off anti-depressants for most of my adult life. I was pushed to ask for them again because of extreme anxiety that I have never experienced before. I have not started them yet but have found that my anxiety has lessened somewhat just by having the pills in my posession. I hate the thought of daily pills, but I also hate the thought of future panic attacks. I also like wine once in awhile. I'm not an idiot. I know that the doctor would say no alcohol. Just looking for some real life stories.
