Eat lots of veggies(it's a cliche, I know, but it's true), meat, and fish.
Don't smoke
Drink only socially
Practice sports (swimming is the best cuz you don't waste away your joints as in running which doesn't really excersise you as much as you need to.)
Forget all those beauty products cuz they don't help. The only good use is that they smell nice. Whatever promise is on the bottle is all bogus. Sorry, but it's the pure truth.
Last but definately not least... be happy! It may be hard at times like these but it definately works. Rent out a few comedy flicks (I recomend mr. bean!) and feel the wonders...

Just because it was selected as the best answer before, does not make it the right answer. The #1 factor affecting both our health and well being is the amount of sleep we get each night. Biologically, humans were meant to go to bed at sunset and rise at sunrise. Every important thing that happens in our bodies takes place at night:
1. All growth and development;
2. Repairs to injuries is accelerated, reducing the change of scaring;
3. The Immune system goes from active mode to partial standby and begins regenerating, getting you ready for the next day;
4. The lactic acid you have built up in your muscles gets washed out and is replaced with oxygen;
5. Your conscience brain goes into standby, no longer absorbing 10 megabyte of data per second, and begins sorting, deleting less important info, light white noise, and creating bio-chemical lings for storing the pertinent data.
Want to look young, feel young, and be younger, for as long as possible, get plenty of sleep, every day, and not just when you have time to.
