Found a cure? I don't think so! When you look at anything like that you must ask yourself this. Is there any money to be made in a cure? There is plenty of money to be made in the medicine though. They don't want to find a cure!! Best Wishes!!

There's no cure. The best thing to do is be very careful about selecting sexual partners, use protection, be totally honest, and get tested frequently.

Try some of these websites:
http://www.thebody.com/
http://www.aidsinfo.nih.gov/
http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/hiv-aids/DS00005

They should be reliable sources of information, since they are not paid for by interested pharmaceutical companies.

Yes, it's called not sleeping around and using illegal drugs, but people don't care for the restrictions, so it goes on, some times passing it on to those who do live by the restrictions.

The virus will be a hard nut to crack, as it mutates with every person it passes to, making it impossible to nail down a vaccine that will work for everyone. They did announce a vaccine in 1998, but since nothing has been said about it since then, I imagine it was a failure.

No, sadly there is no cure for HIV at this time. It is a virus and it continues to mutate itself. Anti viral meds are available, but they don't cure anything...just slow the progression.

No cure. The new "super HIV" was discovered last year. It kills people in a period of a couple months, rather than years.

No cure yet. There is a 'cocktail' of antibiotics that is keeping it in remission for a time though. Viruses are too tricky right now for scientists, but one day we can hope.

No cure announced as yet, but I have a conspiracy theory that its out there and they are keeping it for the elite.
