Call your doctor and tell them your concerns and ask if you should be worried. It could be nothing. In my ultrasound they found Cysts and my doctor rushed me into an OB/GYN and it was nothing. all i had to do was take birth control for a few months and they went away. Don't worry until you have to.

Although it's natural to worry, it is not going to change the outcome good or bad. And worrying can cause stress on top of everything else.
So you've already imagined the worst, what about thinking alittle more positive now.
It could be just a cyst, nothing to laugh about for sure, but very curable. Your Dr. may try using birth control first if it doesn't shrink or go away then perhaps laproscopic surgery.
Don't assume the worst but for sure be prepared for it.
Good luck, and I'm hoping all will be ok in the end!

Calm yourself with this bit of knowledge: Doctors aren't God, they are human beings and don't know everything. Maybe this tech just couldn't get a good reading with an external ultrasound, and to be on the safe side wanted you to have a more in depth exam.
Furthermore, dont jump to the cancer conclusion so quick, it may be a cyst or polyp, both are annoying, but easily taken care of.

Yeah, I fully agree - Try to remain as calm as you can for now.. It's simply terrible to worry and to pressure yourself unnecessarily when the results are not out / confirmed yet.. Maybe the technician is not very skilled in handling the ultrasound device..? Always do your best to be positive - I know it makes a lot of difference!
Hope that things will turn out well and good for you..

Yes this can be frustrating, waiting for the results of the test. However worry will not help matters any, it will not change anything, and it will get you upset. What about prayer? I have learned to turn to the Lord in prayer, and then trust Him until you hear the results from the test .

No one is going to be able to give you an answer as to what you might have over the internet because no one knows your full history or the results of the tests you've had done.
Hang in there, and good luck.

Dear friend, don't be scared, it could be an infection and not cancer. Most often cancer doesn't get sore or have pain when you touch it. An infection is very painful and can easily be treated. Remember, don't worry until there is something to worry about!

You should be (and are) concerned. Try not to worry just yet. This is one of those "cross those bridges when you come to them" speeches. I know it is hard to not think about the possibilities but please try to not run scenarios through your head. When you have no choice, you may as well be brave. I know it is not much comfort, but speculation is not going to help. I wish you the best of luck. I'll say a little prayer for you.

Talk about stressing you out, huh? Try not to freak out. It could be a cyst, which is much more common than cancer. I hope that you hear back from the doctor really soon.

The technician may have been new to the job and simply unprofessional.
Don't go spastic until you have reason to, and then, don't do it because it won't help!
You can handle whatever's coming, and you'll pull through.
But won't you feel silly if it was a technician-in-training who just got fumblefingers?
