Does eating a mixture of rice, carrots, green beans, and corn for three consecutive days lead to farts?

Also, I eat Raisin Bran in the mornings (with milk) and fruit/bread/eggs after the gym.

Also, how can I decrease the frequency of the farts?

Sure sounds like a fart brewing menu to me. Try a product called Beano, it may help with the farts.

Bran and green beans sounds like the culprit here. Also, do you drink milk? That can be the main one, you might be dailry intolerant.

It all sounds healthy to me.

Maybe the milk is doing it. Many people can't digest milk well.

Everybody is different, maybe just do process of elimination.

Let nature be nature. Sounds like you eat sensibly and gas is a byproduct of digestion of food and yes I think that diet would cause gas. But.... so what.....worry not.

It normally depends on the air that goes into your body, not that food. You can fart more when you talk so much while eating since more air goes into your body.
