First of all you didn
t say what kind of water or how much Was it regular tap water, creek water, ocean water, swimming pool water? Was it a gallon, two gallons, a bathtub full? If it was just regular drinking water, I can't imagine you have damaged your liver from that. You probably look yellow because if you threw up a lot, you made yourself weak and 'sick'. Not a doctor, just in the medical profession, but I really think you will be okay by morning. If you don't feel better in a few hours, call your local ER and talk to the ER nurse. Good luck.

you are definitely jaundiced, but I don't know how drinking a lot of water could damage your liver. go see a doctor in the morning, if it gets worse, go to the ER tonight.

Yes, you could have done some liver damage. See your doctor and ask her.

“The best thing to give to your enemy is forgiveness; to an opponent, tolerance; to a friend, your heart; to your child, a good example; to a father, deference; to your mother, conduct that will make her proud of you; to yourself, respect; to all men, charity.”
