After any injury you almost always feel worse the next day. And it is possible that you will continue to feel worse for 2-3 days, after which you will start to heal and feel better. Heating pad was a bad idea, the correct treatment is rest, ice and probably ibuprofen. After three days pass if it continues to be a problem, see a chiropractor.

Well, of course it is going to take time for your body to heal. Being hit by a car is a very serious injury and it's going to take time for your body to get over that and heal. I am sorry about your situation concerning the insurance...I know how you feel. I don't know if you are a Christian or not, but you if you believe in God and the power of healing, you can pray by yourself and with others and God can and will heal you as long as you have the faith. Try soaking in Epsom salt also as this aids in removing pain and stiffness from muscles and joints. Green alcohol helps also (it just doesn't smell all that well). Both of these are natural remedies that you can try. God bless you and I will be praying for you.

Keep trying - be the squeeky wheel and don't give up. Have a family or friend help you get the medical attention that you need. You might want to go for some free legal advice as well - call one of those lawyers that don't collect a fee until you win your case.
It could take alot of time for you to heal. It is hard to say no knowing the extent of your injuries. You should try to take it easy and give your body the care and rest that it needs so you will get better as soon as possible. God Bless you and I hope you feel better soon.

Get a prescription for 800mg Ibuprophen. That will help with the pain. There is not much else you can do. Try not to do too much. The worst of the pain should come about 24-48 hours after the accident. After that you should start to feel better.

OUWCH! Been there! Except, I was in a car going about 55 when it hit a tree! SOME of those things take MONTHS to get over the hurt!! It's ROUGH!! In that accident I cracked some ribs, and bruised bones, and partially seperated a shoulder, and it took THERAPY, and THERAPY, and MEDS, and MORE meds!! Don't look for a quick fix. Time is your best friend!!

there must be a local community or church that can help you.if they have not taken x-rays what the hell are the pills for? you may be in shock, not every day some one gets hit by a car,you need support and if you are cold keep warm and if you still feel bad go back to that doctor and stay till he checks you out, pass out on the floor and than they will have to check you out.
good luck i hope all works out for you.

it sounds that u had a bad impact from the accident. If i were you, i will forget about the insurance thing at the moment, go to the hospital or clinic for a thorough check up. Is money your concern now? try to inform your family member or friends (close friends) for help.
Good Luck and speed recovery!

Go back to the er that you first sought.
Most state laws prohibit ers from turning away patients due to the lack of insurance.
