I am not sure.

I don't feel stress.

Anxiety, though I feel...so I IM my friends and it really seems to relieve the desire to drive into an overpass lately.

I take my dog out for walks and we run around at the park I listen to my mp3 player and when I get home i'm beat and stress is gone.

I go to the gym.. Its a safe way, and it works SOOOO well! Relieves stress, and its great for your body!!!!!
