So I jog as long as half an hour to 45 minutes at night. I have asthma, so the speed and intensity depends on how I feel at that particular time. I've heard so many conflicting answers for my questions which are:
How much do you have to jog to lose weight permanantly.
Is it a longer length of steady speed, or short busrts of high intensity then walk in between the bursts?
And how long does it take for your body to get used to the level of excercise?
I've heard you have to increase the level every couple of months, but having asthma, I can't be running any marathons or doing excessive stair climbing. Also, there's only so much time you can devote to excersize per night, so if you can't increase intensity, and you can't increase length... what do you do? Do you take it up in intensity for a month, then go back down for a month.. and continue that way?
I'm stuck. I can't afford a personal trainer heheh :)
Any help would be appreciated!!
