How solid are you right now?
Bodyfat percent wise?
Do you currently lift/train?

You could go on a mass building diet and training program and probably be there in about 2-3 months. Then cut for a month and be pretty ripped if your in decent shape now.

I do not think that you should try to gain weight. 200 is a good weight even if you are very tall. The other day I finished my round in 20 minutes, instead of 30 mins. I could not understand, how I gained such speed. My husband said, "may be its because u lost 23 lbs". I thimk its better to keep your weight down. If you don't already do weights then its a good idea but one should not try and get huge muscles.

Muscle weighs more that fat. So simply working out and a good diet will do it for you
