Usually when you wake up. Eat a serving of oatmeal and a sugar free protein shake with water. Then hit up your workout.

You metabolism will stay revved throughout the day and you'll be able to sleep. Working out later in the day after 5-6pm can keep you awake at night. With the early workout and a full day after that, you can bet you'll be asleep by the time your head hits the pillow.

At whatever time you are most likely to stick to. You can exercise at different times of the day, but I would recommend putting it on a calendar. E.g. Monday: Early Morning Run. Tuesday: Lunch Hour Strength Training, etc. Having my workouts on my calendar really help me to stick to them...they are like appointments I need to keep.

Fat burning aerobic exercise is better done in the morning before breakfast. Toning and muscle-building exercises are best done in the evening when the body has taken in certain levels of proteins and carbs for fuel.

In the morning. Have a cup of tea or coffee (no sugar) before you begin. Then eat within the first hour of finishing your exercises.

In the morning. U r more likely to do it then and get it out of the way, plus u will loose more weight because at that time of the day you will be burning fat and nothing else.

Depends on your schedule, They say def like 4-5 hours before bed I believe. And some people like to do it right away when they wake up to give em a burst of energy and some would rather do it after work and then cool down and go to sleep, just probably depends upon YOU and when its cool for you to do it.

it really depends on the person and the schedule you are on.. As for me I go for a 45 Min swim in the morning and hit the gym at arround 6:30 after office.. I am quite used to this routine and dont thing would like to go to the gym in the morning.. it all depends on your body what you get used to...

Most people prefer to do it in the morning, because it gets your juices flowing and warms you up, giving you energy for the day. If you're really busy, just fit it in when you can - but not at night, before you sleep, because you won't be able to right away.
