Most diets are scams to sell books or charts... Weightwatchers is the only one that's helped me. But I quit that one too! There's no easy diet. They all suck. Try to find one that offers some sort of support group ... someone you have to face every week who checks on your numbers and either shakes their head at you or cheers you on...
I'm personally tired of all the silly diet crazes developed by skinny people to stay skinny.

I think u should cut down on your food intake, take smaller portions than you used to. Try to eat healthy food, its not easy at first to change your eating habits but you need to focus. Try not to have soda or sweet drinks but instead plain water. Get active. I've tried...i've lose a few kilos but it takes time when you really want the kilos to stay off. Its tough at first, just need to think positive. No matter what ppl say or tell you to do things, it always come back to you. It starts within you.

Go and see your doctor. If its not the obvious things like lack of exercise and eating too much, it could be something more serious like under active thyroid in which case you need medical attention. Just phone up now and see if you can get a cancellation appointment and get it over with.

dont get ur self too stressed!
Sometimes focussing on your weight and diet can cause u to eat 2 much.
Instead, just focus on eating healthy - boiled or grilled rather than fried, include loads of veggies in ur meals, drink loads of water and try in general to eat a balanced diet.
Plus, remember to try to excercise - walking or swimming does it for me!
