What should I do for my son who is 13 months old and has 104'F temperature. He can't take any Motrin because he has Hemophilia. I dont have transportation to take him to the hospital. Neither do I have any relatives or friends to help me right now. I also dont have any money. What should I do????? Please help. My son has already used Ambulance twice this week due to the bleeding problem. Is there anything I can do at home???? I already gave him Infant's Tylenol. PLEASE HELP......

And, why can't you sleep? I'm so, feeling like i'm losing it sometimes! I hope my husband doesn't leave, cuz' he is getting tired of me not being able to sleep.......but then i say don't you thing i would LOVE to sleep? I don't like doing tylenol pm or benadryl because i still don't sleep and then when i do, i feel wiped out the next day! What am I supposed to do?

What is the difference between Private and NHS dentists charges? I'm with a National Health Dentist but always get charged for work done. He's quite far away and I would like to change to someone nearer, but expect I will have to go private, how will this affect costs?

In order to lose some excess flab that I'm carrying around, I've tried reducing my normal meals by half and replacing the other half with fruits. I've also cut out snacks completely from my diet and replaced them with fruits and/or fruit juice. However, some friends who are on the Atkins diet have told me that fruits contain fructose which makes you gain weight when you increase your intake of it. I am now taking about 5 to 6 servings and drinking 3 glasses of juice a day. Will this cause me to put on weight?

Hey everyone, I have a problem. About 3 years ago I began my first birth control which was the ortho evra (patch). That worked out perfectly for 2 1/2 years. By perfectly I mean that I used it correctly, there were no side effects, and of course I did not end up pregnant. Until I began to spot a week before my period began. Now I told my doctor about this and she said that it was normal. But I felt so unncomfortable having to bleed when I wasnt supposed to, so I stopped the patch for about 3 months and everthing wass great, except that there was unprotected sex. Anyway, so I went to the doctor again and I began the YASMIN birth control pills and the first two months were fine but then every month a week 1/2 before my period begins I begin to spot and sometimes even bleed. I hate this as I am almost on my period for 2 1/2 weeks, which makes it impossible to get some (my boyfriend and I hate doing it this way).. Anyway what should I do now? Do you really think that it is my body reacting

I am a 26 year old young woman, unemployed, depressed, totally unhappy with my life, and I weigh 432 lbs. I have tried to be keep positive about the passing of both my parents but it's not working. My mom passed and six months later my dad left me. I have tried dieting and it didn't work for me. I started exercising but I wasn't seeing any results. I have been discriminated against for being a big woman and that hurts like hell. It's like when I start something that I think is rite for me, something always happen and it sets me back. I'm trying so hard mentally to over come the obsticales that I've been through and move forward with my weight lose. Can someone give me some REAL and HONEST feedback on what my first step should be?
