Walk twenty minutes a day....10 minutes down the road...and ten minutes back. You will be amazed at what walking does for blood sugar...also, what you eat the day before will factor in to what your blood sugar will do the next. Thus, I will diet really good the day before I know that we will be having a family dinner...or party..etc. That way I can "allow" myself that piece of pie...or cake...if I watch what I ate the day before. I am on 4 pills a day for blood sugar levels. I have to watch my breads...sugar intake...and soda pop. Soda is your worst enemy...I like Crystal Light for a drink. Can't really find a good diet soda that is really good. Good luck...

In my opinion, the whole society is based on white bread, and that is one of the worst culprits, I suspect, along with anything that is not brown or whole wheat such as regular pasta and white rice.
For example, all of the fast food places have white bread buns and if your city has 1000 pizza places, they will all have white bread crust. Go to a Chinese place and guaranteed, it's white rice.
Most people don't have a clue.
Also, of course, is sugar, itself. Go into the supermarket and see how many items you can find that don't have sugar in the ingredients, or "high fructose corn syrup." You can't find one Campbell's soup that doesn't have it, or hardly anything else in a box, can or frozen dinner, or bread. Even whole wheat bread is laced with sugar.
I think there is a food conspiracy going on and this is what's causing a lot of the problems. It's best if you can prepare most of your own meals, if possible.
Try eating some ground flax seed meal, one suggestion.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Avoid foods w/ refined sugar, and foods high in carbs, pasta, and breads. They enter your blood stream more quickly. In the end all you can really do is get more exercise.Limiting these foods will lessen fluctuations in your blood sugar levels, but if your not utilizing the food you consume the excess will remain in your blood stream until your kidneys remove it. Eat less and become more active. .

Carbs are the worst thing for blood sugar. Carbs that are high in fiber are not as bad.

Don't eat sugar, especially simple sugars, like sugar.
Carbs are complex carbohydrates or sugars and don't raise it so high.
