It can definately spread. A lot of people are secretors-most of the population is. This means that small amounts of blood are mixed in with their saliva and semen, or even vaginal secretions. It is very possible to spread HIV and other STD's orally. I work in a lab, we have seen so many throat swabs come in lately positive for gonorrhea which is an std and isn't normal for the throat.

oral sex can transfer HIV and/or AIDS. If an infected person is fingered and then the same finger was put into the mouth with a open sore then most definitely yes.

ABSOLUTELY!!!!!!!!if you are not sure of if they might have any disease or are sure you must wear a condom at all times and use a "cloth" made out of a cut open condom when doing oral sex on a woman. Use this if you do not know this person until they have a test and you know the results.

Absolutely. Oral Sex is not safe sex, it's more dangerous than vaginal penetration. (I'm speaking about HIV and herpes... I don't know about the rest.)
There are too many areas of bleeding near the gum lines.
