But I don't recommend it.

i have tried many things and i know that the best way to do it is to eat very well. sleep atleast 8 to 9 hrs daily.
Never swim,basket ball etc.,
you might put on weight but height will also increase.
Iam into nutrition and i know these things help.
more the energy saved the more taller you are

depending on how old u r,increasing ur height gets difficult once u passed ur puberty,or should i say-zero chances at all.
