I am very satisfied with my exercise routine and body shape in general where everything tones with the kinds of exercises that I do, however, I can never seem to tone my arms (especially towards the upper part), it's still very jiggly and loose... and I think I already a little wide at the shoulders... What should I do or avoid doing to tone that area, because whatever I am doing, it sure ain't working!
