Do some situps, windmills, and similar exercises. Exercise your back too by laying on your stomach and lifting your legs off the floor. And I'm sure there's something you can do in a gym that will make your waist and back more muscular. Ask around at the gym and see what people say. I think you should exercise your whole body too, and eat plenty of healthy food. Just curious, how big is your wastline now? Good luck!

Well, usually waistlines only expand with fat. However, if you build up your obliques (the muscles on the sides of your abdomen), then you might be able to add like one more inch.
