Well first you need to eat.. water is good to replace juic, cofee, etc. But if ytou stop eating your body goes into starvation mode which makes your metabolism slow down... You need to decrease the amount of calorie intake and make sure you work out.
This website helps you to see how much calories you intake and how much u lose.
Steam room= losing water weight does absolutely nothing for fat. It will just make u dehydrated.
Water for a week=clear pee ( thats a plus)

Sure, what is truly going to happen is you are going to feeling pains after a day or two. Reactions to hunger vary from character to person - what your body fats % is, what your weight is, your gender, and your previous family historical past (genetics) all play a role. I think that some hardy individuals possibly equipped to pull this off without much part results. Alternatively, persons with extra touchy techniques would without a doubt cross out on readily no longer have the vigour to crawl away from bed on the fifth day or so. This will not make contributions to weight reduction. What your body will do is it'll to collapse muscle as good as fat to gain vigour. Then, when you start eating once more, it's going to make fat like loopy... Moral of the story. Develop a food regimen and excercise. Don't starve yourself.

water alone cant help you lose weight.
losing so much weight for a week is UNREALISTIC AND UNHEALTHY. a healthy weight loss plan should allow you to lose 2 pounds a week comfortably. if you really want to clean out your system of unhealthy fat and toxins a diet that has a cleansing phase is good. steam room will just make you sweat and lose only water, which is very important, and besides, you only want to lose the fat, right?
check with your doctor on how much you really need to weigh. plan and stick to goals according to what the doctor says. if you want to know for yourself, check out the Body Mass Index calculator here in yahoo health.
personally, the diet i used when i was trying to lose weight was the south beach diet. it is safe and was created by a well-known doctor. there's plenty of books about this diet, and cookbooks too, meaning there's no boredom in the diet, and it lets you have your favorite foods in moderation.
anyway, whatever diet plan you choose should be able to fill you up with less calories and fat. avoid too much processed food and simple carbohydrates, avoid fatty food and stick to the lean meats. avoid the processed snacks and junk food, these are not filling and healthy. eat nuts instead or sugar-free ice pops. eat more vegetables and fruit more than meat. avoid artificial sweets, best desserts are fruit, they are natural, and fills you up just right. eat foods with complex carbohydrates and avoid non-diet soda. drink lots of water to fill you up because diets would normally require you to consume less than 1,500 calories and at first will make you feel hungry. believe me, water helps a lot.
please do more research on which diet is right for you. the radical way is NOT the best way, and could do you more harm than good. remember that a good diet plan should help you pick up new healthy eating habits that you can use throughout your life, not just during the times you are on the diet. the diet should be able to carry you through the long-term, not short-term weight-loss.

I had to read that question at least 4 times, you got me confused. Plus aren't you supposed to be drinking water everyday anyway?
Plus, you have to work out at least an hour a day. Don't abandon food!!!!!! You must eat something otherwise you
a) won't have enough energy to work out
b) your body will go into starvation mode, and everything you eat, all the calories and fat are taken from it because your body thinks that you are starving itself.
good luck : ]

I'm 250 lbs around 5'9 too- im stuck between XL and XXL too. I'm trying this diet of brown rice and veggies plus TONS of water. whenever I have the urge to eat something for no reason- DRINK DOWN A GLASS OF WATER. watch what you eat. SCHEDULE YOUR MEALS and add healthy snacks in between them. KEEP EXERCISING. let me know how it goes. For me it's slowly but surely working. 10 lbs lost already.

Drinking water is something you should do everyday, all day to lose weight and be healthy anyways...not for "a week." But to lose quickly and safely w/out gaining it right back you need to eat very light (1,000 calories/day) and exericise everyday, rotating your workouts (walking, aerobics, circuit training, etc.) and if your weights in your abs, then LOTS of sit ups working all the muscles. You need to sweat, but actually be moving when doing it dear, not sitting on your butt in a sauna. good luck~

The biggest error you can't make is to stop eating or go on a diet. The only things you can do to lose weight is eating healthy food and working out. That's all.

definite, what's honestly going to ensue is you will start up feeling pains after an afternoon or 2. Reactions to starvation variety from guy or woman to guy or woman - what your physique fat % is, what your weight is, your gender, and your previous kinfolk history (genetics) all play a place. i believe that some hardy human beings could desire to have the skill to tug this off with out lots element outcomes. on the different hand, those with greater gentle structures could desire to honestly bypass out on only not have the skill to crawl off the mattress on the 5th day or so. this would possibly not make contributions to weight-loss. What your physique will do is this is going to start to interrupt down muscle to boot as fat to income skill. Then, once you start up off eating lower back, it's going to make fat like loopy... ethical of the story. advance a nutrition plan and excercise. do not starve your self.

well you cant just stop eating. if you want to replace the 'fat' with muscle, eat food high in protein, like eggs peanut butter, etc. then go work out and it'll give you muscle mass in a few weeks. DONT EAT JUNK FOOD and good luck!
