Energy drinks are not good for you. They have a lot of sugar and caffeine that you can get hooked on. You just need ways of sleeping better. Here's some tips:

* Don't drink or eat anything caffeinated after three pm.

* Don't eat two hours before sleeping.

* When you go to bed turn off everything like your TV, computer, etc. and relax your body completely.

* Make it as dark as possible because the light will make your body think that it's time to wake up.

* If you take naps in the daytime, don't take one longer than 30 minutes because then you won't be able to sleep at night.

* Do something relaxing before you go to bed like reading or drinking something warm (not caffeinated).

To keep yourself more awake during the day, try taking a cold shower and just keep your eyes open during the day. Keep yourself energized throughout the day by doing some exercise and eating foods with natural sugar (fruits). Try to avoid anything with too much sugar or caffeine because you are still young and shouldn't get hooked on stuff like that. If you absolutely need it on certain days than limit yourself to a cup a day. Hope this helps!

Well, I was going to say drink a few Beers, but, that may not be good advice for your age. I had this problem some at your age, you just have to try and not think too much, and hope you sleep. Being on the computer not help. IF, you have to sleep in class, put your head in both hands so you look like you reading. Good Luck!

Although you did not mention your age, yet I gather that you are between 10 - 15 ys. At this age sleep is no problem. I think you are t oo much involved in computer. Avoid it as far as possible and you should take regularly walk in the night and also early in the morning. If the positon of sleepless ness still periists, then take a Homeopathic Med. named Vita 15/C. made by Dr. Reckowieg of Germany. You will be OK.

Take your mind off of the tomorrows stuff and relax. If you find your self just laying there and your brain is going 100mph .....Get up read a boring book until you get sleepy. Don't eat or drink before bed time . I use a very simple way myself . I just keep repeating in my head "Number 9 " Number 9" Number 9 " over and over . It takes what ever was on your mine and puts it on something that has no stress attached...Try it . It takes me about 5 Min's...

Talk to your parents about this. Stay off the computer in the middle of night.
Go see a doctor.
Don't have caffeine after 5pm, including chocolate.
Exercise during the day so you're body will be ready to rest at night.
