I am very satisfied with my exercise routine and body shape in general where everything tones with the kinds of exercises that I do, however, I can never seem to tone my arms (especially towards the upper part), it's still very jiggly and loose... and I think I already a little wide at the shoulders... What should I do or avoid doing to tone that area, because whatever I am doing, it sure ain't working!
Thanks!

If you want to tone up without bulking up you need to increase your aerobic activity. Also pilates are very helpful in creating a more long lean physique. Also, look at your mother or sister. If they have a similar build odds are your genetics are against you and you have to work a little harder to get the results you are looking for. Remember aerobics is the key to burning jiggly fat. Stay away from heavy weights.

Try an "exertube" or bungee for working those areas, you can really isolate your workouts to the exact areas in need. Most come w/booklets to show you the different techniques. I use mine faithfully and am toned, not bulky. Their sold everywhere in the fitness sections and very cheap.

Swimming. The all over toner, that is doable, and doesn't bulk you up.
