Umm a prostate gland that is enlarged.

A prostate that is lager than a normal one.
This can be due to benign growth, Inflammation or malign growth.
The growth can put pressure on your urethra with connects your bladder with the outside world. this pressure can withhold the urine in your bladder. And you end up feeling you have to go all the time, but can't pee.
Have it checked out asap, can be something harmless. Better save than sorry.
