HIV is a sexually transmitted disease. Obviously you can't get it from headphones.
HIV is ONLY transmitted by blood and bodily fluid. Whether it be having sex with some (vaginal, anal and/or oral), sharing syringes or needles with some who has HIV/AIDS, blood transfusion (although not so common anymore because they screen the blood) or by a mother passing it to a child through birth. You can't get it from objects like headphones, a chair, telephone, computer, etc.

Yes you can Hun There is no danger in getting Infected from Headphone sharing get the facts on how HIV is Transmitted at this web site below. But there are other things that can be transmitted by sharing head phones Like staph infections

HIV can only be spread via bodily fluids. It's perfectly safe to share headphones.

there are many misconceptions in people's minds regarding hiv
hiv can spread in only three ways from an infected person to another person
1. having a sexual relation with that person.
2.using syringes used by the infected person to take drugs or anything.
3.from parents to thier children (if theparents are infected)
other than this there are no ways in which hiv virus can be transmitted
