Maybe you are a night person, or you are hooked on this forum. You should shut it down when you feel tired, and do not start your mind up again. If you do, you will have a hard time going to sleep. I have the same problem and battling it myself.

Television and computer screens keep the mind active longer if you use them before bed. If you have gained weight, you have to use the bathroom more often. You might also want to check out some questionnaires on bipolar disorder.
