I was just prescribe xanax as I have been having several things happen which have given me more stress and feelings of extreme anxiety. I am also trying to quit smoking and would like to know if being on this will help as I know that other drugs are used for that as well.

Ok, I have had a yeast infection for over a year and a half and haven't been able to get rid of it. I started my period yesterday and my vagina is burning so bad I have to do something to soothe it. I have tried putting cremes and taking a shower but it just irritates it. Its burning so bad its bringing me to tears. I'm going to see the gyno tomorrow but I can't wait....so, would peroxide help or not? Do you have any suggestions?

Well, if I lose weight that would be good, but I need to lose a few inches off my torso and legs. My case is not about looks, but because I need my body to be slim in order to fit in a regular work uniform (most asians are very slim, somewhat skinny, and I'm not).
I need to do this in two weeks, and I don't take any pills (like phentermine and stuff like that). Any natural way to do this, any kind of diet I should follow, some sport I should start practising in particular to help me with this?
Thanks in advance you guys.

When I was ten years old, my younger brother Jeff died of leukemia.

Cancer kills 7 million people worldwide each year. Yet it is a treatable disease that—in time—is beatable. However, in today’s troubled global environment, valuable resources that would otherwise go to cancer research are frequently re-directed by the crisis du jour.

What can we, as individuals and as a global community, do to focus & mobilize our governments to find the cures that will make cancer a fear of the past?

I feel that I am always being judged by people everywhere I go. I'm in my mid 20's, so to some extent I AM being judged by men. I always get the feeling that people don't like me, but I try to make it a point to be nice so they hopefully will. These types of feelings have held me back from seeking a real career. I feel like I wouldn't be good enough or I would be rejected. I go around pretending that these feelings dont exist so that no one will notice but I am tired of it. Thinking positive doesn't help me. I just want to live a life without these thoughts or worries. Do normal people think these things?? I feel like everyone is living a normal life and I am just sitting here thinking about it.

Please read in full. For the past maybe two to three years that I can remember I have had a pain in my lower back and to my right side. It is lower than the kidneys and I have had tests done for kidney or bladder infections. I have never had any further testing done as I have no insurance and wouldn't even know where to start.

Anyways, sometimes I won't feel the pain for months and there are times when it feels as if someone is stabbing my with a knife or it burns like fire. Sometimes it is a more constant dull pain. I can't think of anything that triggers it to be worse than other times. What could this be?

P.S. The only thing I can remember around the time I started feeling this pain was I was pushing my motorcyle out of the garage by standing next to it, it started to tip over and I grabbed it and was leaning and straining to pull it back up. Could this be a pulled muscle and why would it last so long and flare up sometimes?

She was diagnosed with ms about 13 years ago and we've been pretty much on top of getting her the help she needs (at least we think we've been on top of it).

Since she's been struggling with walking more and more, we're interested in considering other options. We live in the NYC area. We heard that the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN was excellent.

Any suggestions are welcomed.

Thanks for your time!

My three year old gets SEVERELY constipated- it can take hours for her to have a bowl movement. I've had her to see several different doctors and they all say that her bowels are underdeveloped and she will grow out of the problem. She gets a stool softener daily and it's not helping- we are very careful with her diet- she gets lots of fiber and all of that.. I'm worried about her and I don't know what to do anymore. She also has an umbilical hernia that she has had since birth that they plan to correct in another year- are the two problems possibly related and who can I see or what can I do to help her? :(
