Well, if I lose weight that would be good, but I need to lose a few inches off my torso and legs. My case is not about looks, but because I need my body to be slim in order to fit in a regular work uniform (most asians are very slim, somewhat skinny, and I'm not).
I need to do this in two weeks, and I don't take any pills (like phentermine and stuff like that). Any natural way to do this, any kind of diet I should follow, some sport I should start practising in particular to help me with this?
Thanks in advance you guys.

The absolute best way to tighten up muscles and lose inches without losing weight is to start weight lifting, also called strength training or weight training. However, you won't make a lot of change in two weeks.

To stay healthy and fit overall, this is what works for me ...

1. Eat three nutritious meals and three snacks everyday. Cut out junk food.

2. Drink lots of water - at least 8 big glasses as day. Stop drinking soda.

3. Begin a simple weight lifting program at home. Ordinary household items (tins of soup, for example) can serve as weights for beginners.

4. Buy yourself a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day.

5. Record everything you eat and all your exercise to make sure you have a "calorie deficit". Two of the sites I've included will help you do that.

6. Park at the back of the parking lot instead of close to the door. Always use stairs - never the elevator or escalator.

7. A mini stepper is an easy piece to equipment to have at home and gives great results. I bought mine at a second hand store for $4.

I hope these thoughts help. Good luck with it.

Well most ways I know to loose inches involve loosing weight at the same time. Adding excersice to your daily rutine is a good way. Things like weight lifting, sit-ups, morning jogs etc. Avoid junk food like pop and ice cream. I dont eat either of those anymore and now I snack on things like apples and oranges. But I am no way a professional, just know from some small experience. This probably wont get you down in 2 weeks like you want though..

You need to build long sleek muscles--that's lots of reps with low weights. I don't know how much you can do in 2 weeks though. You can only work each body part (strength training) once in 48 hours.
Do some cardio to help lose weight, cut your eating in half.
Not sure how much inches you'll lose, good luck.

Hi
Try this plan it really worked for me so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

Good luck
