It is very hard to get rid of that stubborn belly fat, i know. But to tell u the truth the best thing to do is Jog. Yeah it is hard, even for me, but as you do it more often it gets easier, it gives you a confidence boost when u ran further that yesterday, and it acctually helps u mentally and pysically. As for meal plans, remember your stomch is only a bit bigger that your fist loosly held, but that is when you have nothing in it, all you have to do it make sure you dont over eat, think about what you eat, will it fit with out making your stomach stretch too much? just ask yourself that when you eat. But remember your stomach was ment to strech, but when you over eat it streches too far and then if you over eat too much it makes your stomach bigger, which causes you to eat more to feel full. nother good way to exersize is rollerblading, it is FUN! and easy, hope i helped you out! Oh! and remember, have fun

No one can tell you exactly what to do. Each of us are different. Think of your body as an engine, it needs a certain amount of fuel to function, more than that and it will store fuel ( weight, fat). The trick is to eat what you use.
For me it was cutting out animal fat. I lost 40 pounds in 90 days just by NOT eating fat. I ate a lot, but nothing with more than 5% fat. I am average active, walk some, don't work out that hard.
Keeping weight off is a lifestyle, not a diet.

Cut out sugar and fried foods, and limit your bad carbs. Eat lots of protein, fruits and veggies. Basically, be sure and eat a balanced diet.
But the key is don't skip any meals, and eat smaller meals throughout the day. If you eat six times instead of three bigger meals, you're metabolism will speed up. Don't let yourself get hungry. When you feel hungry, your body thinks it is in starvation mode and starts to store fat.
You also need to do some sort of exercise. Even if it's just walking.

im not very good at the healthy eating thing but a few good things to do would be cutting back on carbs, baking foods instead of frying and drink lots of water.sometimes thirst is mistaken for hunger so drinking water can stop you from overeating.
As far as exercise get yourself a workout video that's effective and fun. i like denise austin's Power Kickboxing and the Slim in six program.
and try to find a friend to workout with you. it makes it much more fun and will keep you motivated.
oh, and dont forget to allow yourself an "off" day. if deprive yourself of everything you like it will only backfie. pick one day when you can relax, not exercise and eat what you want (within reason of course)
Good Luck!

excerise, dont take diet pills, they wont work, if they did, its a health risk, and your meal plan, eat healthy foods, eat at least 1500 calories (the ideal calories is 2000) and thats it.
-Run, at least 1 mile a day, do 20-50 crunchs (sit-up) and 10-20 push-up. but runing is probably best. Running is not hard, its takes me about 10ish min to finish 4 laps on a running track (4 laps=1mile)

After years of hearing about every kind of diet or diet aids, books, videos, hipnosis, ect.....it all boils down to one simple thing.
you have to burn off more calories, than you consume in a day. very simple. cut back on the fat intake, (which I like to refer to as "the good stuff") drink up on the h20, exercise,
if you don't like to exercise, walk...walk your dog, if you don't have a dog, walk your neighbors.
I'm way older then most of you, yet I still weigh what I did in my 20's. Just a few more "character lines" on my face!
good luck

here's how I did it, band camp. It sounds funny but I'm serious. Run a mile, do more exercises, play with a six year old, take a PE class, eat healthier, LESS sweets, and anything that you think that will help you shed a couple pounds.
