It sounds like you are suffering from low self esteem and maybe a little depression. It is not good to hold everything in. You need to let your feelings out now and then. If you feel like you are going to crack then see a doctor as soon as possible. Maybe he can give you something for your nerves.

Hey, it's okay. I'm going through the same situation. Lately I've been so pessimistic and I have nervous break downs too. I think it's better that you let it all out. I tend to hold things in too much and that makes it worse. Try going to the beach and yelling and screaming all you want and get all your hatred and sadness out. Good luck and you are not the only one out there!

Alright, you need to figure out what's aggravating you so much, coz your body is all tense, I bet. You're letting whatever it is out whatever way you can coz the way you need to doesn't feel safe/comfortable to you maybe. Just try to relax somehow and it WILL get better, it really will. When you're relaxed your body sends off good signals inside that make it easier for you to think without getting all tense and upset.

Whatever is wrong, it's okay to cry too if you need to. If you've got a friend, try to talk to them. They might surprise you. Or you could journal, go for a jog. Do something that makes you feel good that puts you in a position to do something helpful for yourself. You're going to be fine. Try to treat others around you the way you would like to, when you're happy, be treated. You might be amazed what good could happen.

You are holding everything in too much. Talk about it. Work out your problems with the people you are having them with. All that stress is building and then you get the volcano effect. You are going to explode on the slightest little thing.

Me too, especially when the dog is barking, my kid is yelling and my husband is sitting on the sofa listening to Bill O'Rielly with his headphones on while I'm doing the dishes, trying to get my daughter to shower and go to bed and the laundry needs to be done and the lawn is taking over the neighborhood and my hot flashes are out of control and........and......and.....I need a hot bath and a pina colada.

I feel the same way. Good old Charlie Brown was just like me. Seems like everything I touch turns to crap. Just try to find something that makes you feel better, I like baking, eating and working out. At least try to vent in a positive way before you end up taking it out on the ones you love

CALM DOWN... Sometimes we have mood changes.. A lot has to do with changes in age, the way we eat, issues in our lives. A lot of things can trigger mood swings. Try to find out what calms you down, it could be music, meditation, a walk, talking to a friend. You need to find out what is really going on, or if this is temporary, and if not, you need to talk to your doctor. Be patient with yourself and pay attention to everything around you. Good Luck!

holding too much inside will cause you to suffer from intense stress. Try to do de-stress activities like having a moment of music or a bit of sports, anything that can place you down.

WHO TOLD YOU THAT YOU HAD TO BE AN EXPERT AT EVERYTHING? WHO SAID YOU HAD TO BE PERFECT?

EACH "MISTAKE" YOU THINK YOU HAVE MADE, IS SIMPLY A LESSON LEARNED. "MITAKES" ARE WAYS OF LEARNING WHAT DOESN'T WORK (WHAT MISCALCULATIONS ARE OR FAULTY ASSUMPTIONS). THAT'S HOW YOU LEARN WHAT IT TAKES, AND WHAT IS CORRECT.

MOST OF THE OBSTACLES YOU FACE ARE PUT THERE BY GUESS WHO.....YOU! FEAR, DOUBT, AND ANXIETY CAN CLOUD JUDGEMENT, AND INTERFERE WITH PERFORMANCE. IF YOU THINK YOU WILL SUCK AT SOMETHING, YOU WILL BE RIGHT.

LOOK AT EACH OBSTACLE AS AN OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN, OVERCOME, OR IMPROVE SOMETHING.

BUILD YOURSELF UP FROM THE INSIDE OUT. PRACTICE MASTERING SOMETHING (MARTIAL ART, SPORT, CRAFT, SKILL, UNDERWATER BASKET WEAVING, WHATEVER) AND KEEP AT IT UNTIL YOU GET GOOD ENOUGH TO TEACH IT TO OTHERS. AND TEACH STUFF TO OTHERS, SHARE YOUR ABILITIES. TRUST ME, THIS WORKS. YOU WILL ENJOY BEING GOOD AT SOMETHING AND GET SOME SATISFACTION FOR YOURSELF.

FIRST OF ALL YOU GET THE FOCUS OFF WHAT'S BAD AND WRONG, AND FOCUS ON WHAT'S RIGHT AND GOOD. IF YOU COMMIT YOURSELF TO SOMETHING, THEN IT WILL CONSUME ENOUGH OF YOU TO QUIT WORRYING ABOUT YOUR NERVOUSNESS.

WHETHER YOU THINK YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL WITH SOMETHING OR NOT, YOU WILL BE RIGHT.

QUIT WORRYING ABOUT LIFE AND START ENJOYING IT!!!!

vent out your emotions... i feel the same way at times... i just hold everything in-- every emotion, hate, disappointment, frustration, etc.-- and when i feel like crap, something happens and i end up crying... it makes me feel guilty and bad but it definitely helps... get something to cry over and once you start, hopefully you wont stop...
