I use to view it as a chore until I got into the habit of doing. Now if I go a day without running I feel blah. It took me several months of doing moderate excercise to get me really hooked.

I'm looking over your questions and so far I like all of them!
I love to workout! I workout 5-6 days a week. I usually take off Sundays and if I am really busy during the week I will sometimes take off another day. "Day 1" upper body weights for 1hr, 40mins cardio. "Day 2" is 45min cardio. "Day 3" is 1hr. lower body weights and 40mins cardio. I do that cyle 2 times a week totalling 6 days. Sometimes on lower body days I will cut the cardio in half. The best cardio is the Treadclimber. (Like you are walking up steps). Also, I do abdominal workouts 4-5x a week. I LOVE working out, very rarely do I consider it a chore. Usually I think of it as "ME time" and improving my health and figure!

I view it as enjoyable a time for me to be by myself working out and getting away from everyone."ME" time is what I call it. I work out at the YMCA so its private and not like those other gyms where its in a shopping center with big old glass windows and everyone looking in!!

Workout in a gym, no.
But cycling for fitness, yes. 24-34 miles 3 to 4 times a week.

It's not that bad, cuz I don't really need to do that much to see results. I try to work every muscle in my body 2-5 minutes each, every other day.....or just once or twice a week when I'm lazy. I'm just a lucky lady with a fast metabolism.

I think if black chics worked out more they would have a better chance of finding a man so they will stop being jealous of white chics taking their men

It depends on the workout.
I used to every other day but not very often anymore.
Again, it depends on the workout.
