No, I have several also. It is like a sebaceous gland that gets clogged. If you sit in a tub of really really warm water, as warm as you can stand, they will usually open up and you can squeeze all the stuff out of them. My gynecologist opened one that last time I saw her and she said that they are very common and she sees them all the time. She took a scapel and opened it which really hurt as it was bothering me when I went to her office. It was fine after that and has healed up. Mine do not interfere with sex as they are closer to the opening of the labia than to the vagina.

Are you sure it's a cyst and not just a pimple? Pimples can be common(even down there). I normally try to stick it with a sterilized needle and squeeze it. Once it's "opened and squeezed" - it heals on it's own. You can always have your gynecologist check it out for you.

I am sure it is a boil. Lots of people have these. The doctor will usually give you some antibiotics for it. Usually they just go away on there own, or they will go away and come back. If it is bothering you they can remove it. Try putting some warm compresses on it.

Get it checked as soon as possible. It may be just a benign growth, but if it's something more serious, you may be able to do something about it if you don't wait too long. Please go to a doctor right away.
