What happens to your body? Does the extra skin hang there or does it "tighten" up as you lose the weight? I see all these success stories and can't help but wonder if they got surgery cause they look like they've been skinny their whole lives?

Sometimes I have to take a bunch of pseudoephedrine or other ephedrine-based supplements just to get off my butt and do chores, etc. Otherwise I am too lethargic all the time. Any recommendations for things that will give me energy? Oh, and the energy drinks out there are just way too weak for me. I need something more powerful). Thanks!

yup trying to eat 6 small meals a day but running out of ideas on what to make i mainly eat chicken breast and tilapia along with a crap load of veggies and fruit
and dont worry i do know how to cook so any recipe is fine

\i know of a person who has had a lucky escape whilst driving with a passenger who stopped the car with no injury to anyone due to an epilectic fit. They are still driving !- the police were called - but can anyone tell me who reports this ?it seems the responsibility is with the epileptic to report this, but if they choose not to, this seems so bad.
